This is an examination-based course, which gives delegates an accreditation to the Management of Risk certification at Foundation Level. The course provides delegates with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R principles, processes and techniques for identifying, assessing, planning for and managing risks. The course helps delegates understand the benefits of managing risks from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.
