Management of Risk M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner
The M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner course will focus on equipping delegates with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R method including the twelve principles, the four main process groups and the core techniques essential to managing risks using the M_o_R guidance. The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give delegates a recognised Practitioner qualification. This course lays a firm grounding for delegates to apply the M_o_R guidance to strategy, programmes, projects and operations in the work place.

45-minute, multiple-choice, closed-book Foundation Exam on the third day, 3-hour open-book Practitioner Exam on the fifth day
