Management of Risk M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner

The M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner course will focus on equipping delegates with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R method including the twelve principles, the four main process groups and the core techniques essential to managing risks using the M_o_R guidance. The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give delegates a recognised Practitioner qualification. This course lays a firm grounding for delegates to apply the M_o_R guidance to strategy, programmes, projects and operations in the work place.

Pre-Event Study Materials
The event preparation materials include the MoR guidance for practitioner, a structured Pre-Event Study Guide. The preparation materials includes a Pre-course study guide. As a guideline we recommend ten hours of pre-course preparation.

Suggested 15 hours of pre-course preparation
3-day course
Practical exercises
45-minute, multiple-choice, closed-book Foundation Exam on the third day, 3-hour open-book Practitioner Exam on the fifth day
Delegates are encouraged to complete 1-2 hours of evening work on each day of course
