Summary
Delegates will gain sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and principles of Programme Management (MSP) to act as a Programme Manager for a programme with a coherent project portfolio or to act as a member of a Programme Support Office. You will have an opportunity to sit the APMG MSP Foundation exam and to prepare for the Practitioner & Practitioner Advanced exams.Pre-Event Study Materials
The event preparation materials include the MSP guidance for practitioner, a structured Pre-Event Study Guide. The preparation materials includes a Pre-course study guide. As a guideline we recommend ten hours of pre-course preparation.

Delegates will be required to complete an average of 2-3 hours evening work. This will include revision questions and sample papers
